『ザ・ベスト・オブ・アース・ウィンド・アンド・ファイアー Vol. 1』は、アース・ウィンド・アンド・ファイアーのヒットシングルを集めた1978年のコンピレーションアルバムである。このアルバムには、以前にヒットした曲を集めたものに加え、バンドの新曲3曲も収録されている。ビートルズの曲「Got to Get You Into My Life」のカバーとオリジナル曲「September」(どちらもヒットシングルとなり、前者はグラミー賞も受賞)、そして「Love Music」である。「Love Music」は、ゴーストフェイス・キラーの2006年のアルバム「More Fish」に収録されている曲「Good」でサンプリングされている。「September」は、クリスタル・ウォーターズの1996年のアルバム「Crystal Waters」に収録されている曲「Say... If You Feel Alright」でサンプリングされている。
