Gucci Mane - Hard To Kill (20th Anniversary Deluxe Edition) (Vinyl)

October 2006: Atlanta was rewriting hip-hop, and Gucci Mane's Hard to Kill was the blueprint. His sophomore LP paired Radric Davis with a young Zaytoven across a run of church-organ-and-808 beats that would define trap for a generation. ""My Chain,"" ""Freaky Girl,"" and features from Gangsta Boo and La Chat catch a rapper turning legal chaos into swagger - inventing a sound the mainstream wouldn't catch up to for years. Twenty years later, the record that built modern trap gets the anniversary pressing it earned.
