Domestic (United States)

  • Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days from our store.
  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed, especially during the holiday season.
  • We are not liable for delayed packages. Delivery timelines are managed by USPS and UPS.
  • Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships.

Important Notes:

  • Please allow at least 7 business days before inquiring about your order status.
  • If tracking shows your package as delivered but it hasn’t arrived, contact your  local post office or shipping service first.

Economy Shipping (USPS Media Mail)

  • Economy shipping is not insured and typically takes 5-8 business days for delivery.
  • Free shipping (for orders over $100) is via USPS Media Mail and does not include insurance.
  • To add signature confirmation or upgrade to an insured shipping method, add it to your cart here.

Free Shipping

  • Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping via USPS Media Mail.
  • Free shipping does not include insurance.
  • Free shipping cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts (effective 12/1/2024).

International

  • Shipping starts at $35 and varies by location.
  • Customs, tariffs, and additional fees are the buyer's responsibility.
  • We are not liable for customs restrictions or rejected deliveries.

Customs & Address Accuracy:

  • Verify your country’s customs policies to ensure your products clear customs.
  • Ensure your address is correct at checkout to avoid delays or delivery issues.

  • Packages seized by customs and not returned in their original condition are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, held, or damaged packages, or carrier errors once the order ships.

Pre-Orders

  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship together once all items are available.
