San Antonio, you outdid yourselves once again! It was a joy to see familiar faces and welcome new customers into our Del Bravo family. ❤️ Your enthusiasm for locally owned record shops like ours fuels our passion and drives us to keep the music alive in our community.
We were thrilled to be allocated a bunch of the most sought-after releases, including records from artists like Sabrina Carpenter, Olivia Rodrigo, and Chappell Roan. It was a delight to see your excitement as you explored the stacks and found your next musical treasure.
A special shoutout to everyone who patiently waited in line and embraced our new approaches, such as time slots and checklists, for the first time. Your flexibility and understanding made the day run smoothly, and we couldn't have done it without you. 🕒✅
We also want to express our gratitude to our incredible team members, including my cousins Joey, Bri, and Matty, who stepped in to ensure that every customer had a memorable experience. Their dedication and hard work are truly appreciated.
And of course, we owe a debt of gratitude to our beloved tios and tias whose unwavering commitment shapes the atmosphere of our store every single day. Their support is the foundation of our family-owned business, and we are honored to continue our grandparents' legacy together. 🥰
A special shoutout to our UPS driver, Andy! 🚚 He's the unsung hero behind the scenes, ensuring that all our precious records reach you safely. And a huge thank you to Ricardo @owlcaz for bringing our first RSD merch drop to life with his beautiful vision. 🎨
